Understanding Our Exchange and Return Policies

Navigating exchange and return policies can be daunting, but it’s essential for a satisfying shopping experience. At Pulpa Studio, we want to ensure you have clarity on how to handle exchanges and returns for both in-store and online purchases.

In-Person Exchanges (only in Argentina)

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the purchase date to make exchanges in our studio.
  • Requirements:
  • Present your order number, exchange ticket, or invoice.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, with tags and protective bags.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock.
  • Price Adjustment: If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

Home Delivery Exchanges

  • Request Process: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and exchange request.
  • Timeframe: You have 10 days from receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn and include original tags and packaging.
  • Price Adjustment: Similar to in-person exchanges, if the new item is more expensive, the difference must be paid.

Important Notes on Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during promotional events like Hot Sale or Black Friday can be exchanged within 30 days at the original purchase price.
  • For promotions like 2-for-1, the entire purchase must be exchanged.

Online Returns

  • Eligibility: You can request a refund within 10 days of purchase (for in-store pick-up) or 10 days after delivery (for home delivery).
  • Process: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and invoice.
  • Return Condition: Items must be sent back within 48 hours after your return request is confirmed via email. 

Customer Responsibility

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and returns.
  • Non-eligible Items: Used items, samples, or those with defects are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
